The Collective
Fueling Connection
What truly defines QLI is its people and the unique sense of community we shape. Rooted in clear values and leadership, we have cultivated a therapeutic environment where individuals, often at their lowest, rediscover purpose and reach their fullest potential. This growth-oriented, positive atmosphere has made QLI a highly sought-after rehabilitation provider, employer, and clinical education site.
Driven by community and relationships, we recognized the value of vibrant, real-world spaces for connection that enhanced recovery. Over the past 15 years, the addition of a coffee shop, gardens, patios, trails, gyms, and social areas has led to a 700% increase in referrals from specialty acute rehabilitation hospitals and workers’ compensation companies, and a 500% increase in QLI’s spinal cord injury program. These improvements have helped us offset major Medicaid funding cuts by diversifying revenue and referral sources, ensuring business health in a changing healthcare landscape.
Continuing to invest in amenities that support the well-being of those we serve—along with their families, alumni, and team members—is vital to QLI’s success. the Collective will elevate this vision, strengthening the community, improving outcomes, and positioning QLI for continued growth.
